Under The Rhythm Of The Oak Tree (5 Rhytmhs In Osho Afroz)

These are photos from the 5 Rhytmhs group that Atmo fascilitated in early August of this summer, under the Buddha Grove's oak tree in Osho Afroz. I joined the two of the three days, as a participant, not a photographer, this is why the photos are not so sophisticated. I just hope they convey something of the amazing space that the Buddha field contains and also Atmo created. It was my first time in doing something on 5 Rhythms and I couldn't have imagined the deep space that we would reach inside ourselves and as a collective group. Atmo has a wonderfull way of holding the space and inviting us into exploring ourselves through the various expressions of dancing. A lot of times I had this feeling that my mind couldn't understand what he was saying, when he was guiding us to the next step. Then I would find myself letting go of trying to understand him through logic. And to my surprise a new door would open, right where there was no door before and I would enter to whole new understanding. And if one hint of mental confusion was still there, when he would take his trumpet in hands he would just blow it away in the wind that shakes the leaves of the trees. Very happy and lucky that my first taste of this expression in dance came with Atmo and at Osho Afroz meditation centre. Love and 5 thousand rhythm kisses to you all!
