Ασκήσεις Ορθοφωνίας - Μέθοδος Νάγια Γεωργίου
Είχα την τύχη να διδαχθώ ορθοφωνία από την υπέροχη δασκάλα και τραγουδίστρια Νάγια Γεωργίου, το 2002.
Το βιβλίο της αυτό, σελίδες του οποίου παραθέτω εδώ, είναι ένα από τα πιο χρήσιμα διδακτικά εργαλεία που έχω αποκτήσει.
Είναι γεμάτο από πολύ καλές και απλές ασκήσεις για την φωνή. Εδώ παραθέτω την σειρά ασκήσεων που έχουν να κάνουν με το σωματικό ζέσταμα για την εξάσκηση της φωνής.
Αν και οι ασκήσεις αυτές είναι πολύ βασικές και απλές, είμαι μάρτυρας του πόσο δραστικές είναι στο να δώσουν γείωση, βάθος και αυθεντική ποιότητα στην φωνή.
Όταν ξεκίνησα την εξάσκηση, έκανα αποκλειστικά αυτές τις ασκήσεις -και καμία άλλη από το βιβλίο. Τις έκανα όμως σταθερά και αφοσιωμένα κάθε ημέρα -όχι παραπάνω από 5'-10'. Μετά από έναν μήνα άρχισα να ακούω εκπληκτικά απότελέσματα από την φωνή μου. Σε τρεις μήνες η φωνή μου είχε αλλάξει και είχε γίνει αυτή την οποία αυθεντικά ένιωθα ως δική μου.
Ήταν σαν να ήρθε στην επιφάνεια και να εκφράστηκε το αληθινό δυναμικό της ψυχής μου, σε φωνητικό επίπεδο.
Γνωρίζω πως νομικά δεν είναι ακριβώς σωστό το να αναπαράγω εδώ αυτές τις σελίδες. Στα αλήθεια όμως πιστεύω στην δύναμη αυτών των ασκήσεων, είναι χαρά μου να τις διαδίδω και πιστεύω πως και η ίδια η Νάγια θα χαιρόταν και θα ένιωθε περήφανη που οι μαθητές της τιμούν και συνεχίσουν την εργασία της.
Στα σεμινάρια και εργαστήρια που διοργανώνω, είτε αυτά έχουν να κάνουν με φωνή είτε με μασάζ ή σωματική άσκηση, συχνά παραδίδω αυτές τις ασκήσεις. Με το να τις παραθέσω εδώ, διευκολύνω τους μαθητές μου στο να τις βρίσκουν ανά πάσα στιγμή.

the world since May 1987, when a group of Native American dancers,
singers and drummers, representing various North American tribes, first
gathered in Colorado Springs to begin rehearsals with a revolutionary
